  • We have received significant and consistent dealer feedback throughout the years requesting the opportunity to process PartsTrader orders through CollisionLink.
  • The workflow will allow the dealer to review and complete all transactions submitted through PartsTrader within CollisionLink.
  • Dealers will have the option to use OEM pricing programs, when available, to offer competitive pricing.
  • This will allow dealers to:
    • Consolidate disparate ordering systems into one, easy workflow, streamlining the order fulfillment process for parts counter reps.
    • Avoid unnecessary part returns caused by processing the same order in CollisionLink and PartsTrader.
  • OEC will only share the data necessary to process a quote and order transaction through the new workflow.
  • OEC will not be sharing the Dealer Cost with PartsTrader.
  • No. Each dealership will have the option to enable the new process. If a dealership does not choose to enable it, their workflow and subscription arrangements will remain unchanged.
  • If a dealership chooses to enable the new process, their PartsTrader subscription fee will be invoiced by OEC to the dealership.
  • The consolidated billing will result in a $120 annual savings to the dealership.
  • PartsTrader transaction fees will be charged as applicable, just as they are today.
  • Any applicable transaction fees will be billed directly by PartsTrader.
  • OEC will not be charging any transaction fees.
  • Yes. CollisionLink will flag transactions that will incur a PartsTrader transaction fee.
  • OEC will not be charging any transaction fees.
  • Each dealership will be notified when they have the ability to activate the new workflow

  • No. This is not an acquisition or merger between OEC and PartsTrader.
  • The new process is an opportunity to offer an optional workflow to help our dealers.
  • Yes. CollisionLink and PartsTrader accounts are a prerequisite to access the new workflow.
