Program Tips

Dealers can quickly recognize Toyota orders with qualifying parts. Orders display a green program icon in the CollisionLink Overview window. Clicking this icon shows that the order contains parts eligible for the Toyota Collision Parts Program.

Parts are flagged with a red program icon that features the following message: "This part qualifies for the Toyota Collision Parts Program and is eligible for reimbursement from Toyota."

How to process orders on CollisionLink

 

 

 

Submitting Orders for Reimbursement

 

After fulfilling the order, dealers must:

  1. Ensure all parts in the Response To Buyer section have an Invoice # and an Avail. Date associated with them.

  2. Click Submit/Commit to commit to the order.

  3. Click Submit to submit the program parts to Toyota for reimbursement.
