SmartCo Services LLC is a web-based technology company established in 2005 and headquartered in Massachusetts with another location in Florida. Our primary product is a Retail Inventory Management (RIM) inventory program, PartsEye, which analyzes what parts a dealership is selling, what parts a dealership has in stock, and considers current industry trends to decide what parts a dealership should order on a daily basis.
SmartCo employees provide technical and inventory planning support to all our customers to ensure the program meets their individual needs. Currently, over 5,000 dealerships use PartsEye to meet their ultimate goal, which is to keep the right parts stocked. SmartCo is always developing innovative new programs to advance our goals and proactively meet the needs of our customers. The SmartCo focus, and now our focus, is on continuous improvement by constantly analyzing current practices and streamlining wherever possible.
