Save the Date – Collision Performance Network Clinic

OEC is excited to announce our 2nd regional CPN Clinic in Fort Worth, Texas! Attendees will enjoy a half-day lunch and learn event at the Texas Motor Speedway, where you will hear from industry experts and OEM reps and get the opportunity to network with other certified collision centers. After the event, feel free to enjoy the 31st annual Good Guys show at Texas Motor Speedway with over 2000 show cars in attendance! OEM Quality Repair Review – Launched June 1st 

Good News! We have added another benefit to CPN Certification! Each month, a select group of collision centers receive a visit from one of our expert consultants.  During this visit, 3-4 vehicles are reviewed in various states of repair and our collision centers receive a report scoring each of the focus areas reviewed, followed by any recommendations for improvement.  Shops that have focused on improvements identified through Quality Repair Review and coaching have benefited from: 

  • Increased Labor Hours  
  • Increased Average $ per RO and Gross Profit  
  • Reduced Cycle Time  
  • Fewer Supplements
